Guidelines for a Full Paper
1. Papers must not exceed 8 pages (each being A4 size) this includes abstract, figures, references and appendices.
2. Before submitting your paper please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, please have your paper proof-read by an English speaking person. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is not considered to be good enough for publication.
3. Papers should be submitted as a .doc or .rtf into the Conftool system. There is a new submission type prepared for each author according to his abstract. You only have to click on the “Upload Contribution” button under the “Your Submission” menu and follow the instructions.

4. Do not send full papers in PDF format or zipped.
5. When uploading a full paper, a signed copyright declaration form (DOC, RTF) must be submitted too. Please print, fill, sign and scan the declaration before submitting it. The Copyright declaration should also be uploaded into the Conftool system.

6. Whilst writing the full paper, consider the recommendations for your Abstracts provided by the reviewers.
7. The referencing style must follow the guidelines included in the template for the full paper.
8. Please, remove all Internet Hyperlinks from the text of the Full Paper including links in the form of email addresses and references (e.g. not http://www.igip-sefi2010.com but http://www.igip-sefi2010.com and not aaa.bbb@mydomain.com but aaa.bbb@mydomain.com)
Guidelines for Authors of Posters 1. If your Submission will be presented in the form of a “Poster”, you still have to prepare a Full Paper as described in the „Guidelines for a Full Paper “.
2. The recommended size of the poster is 60 cm (width) x 90 cm (height).
3. Please hand over your printed poster during the registration process at the front desk, the organizing committee will then prepare its publication in the Poster section.
